We have been a couple of busy little bees over here at the studio! We've been reviewing what works and what doesn't and where we can improve. And because of this, we are really thrilled to announce that starting July 1st; we're introducing our new and improved First-Year package called Watch Me Grow!* 

The Watch Me Grow package will now include a creative newborn session, a 4-month session, an 8-month session and the one-year session that includes a cake smash with a custom designed cake. Through many, many sessions, we've learned that the 3-month sessions in the past have been the most difficult. Babies at 3-months aren't really smiling much yet, and some still have trouble holding their heads up. And a lot of babies at 6-months aren't sitting. 
We feel that we can give our clients better photos with this session schedule. And hey, we are happiest when our clients are happy!

Here's a little more detail for each session:

• Creative Newborn Session - Our most popular session, by far, this session is booked for 2 hours with your sweet newborn. Given the answers to your newborn questionnaire, we'll design a session, unique to your family and your baby. Your session includes a minimum of 20 digital images, posted to your personal on-line gallery. You will be able to download your images, share with friends or purchase prints directly from our professional lab. (Stay tuned for information on custom birth announcements coming soon!) We have everything here at our studio that we'll need for your session, including wraps, backdrops, outfits, hats, headbands, tiebacks, and buckets and baskets and rugs, oh my! (See information below on what you can bring.) Your newborn creative session DOES include photos with parents and other siblings. If you choose not to have those photos, we'll add an additional setup for your newborn.
  
  {DETAILS} We highly recommend photographing your newborn between 5-12 days old. It is best to schedule your newborn session 2-3 months before baby is due. With your paid retainer of $50, (that applies to your balance) we hold a session for you. Contact us as soon as you can once you're home with baby (in between feedings and diaper changes!) and we'll firm up the actual date and time of your session. 
  
  ​{WHAT TO BRING} There really isn't much we ask you to bring for your newborn session, just the essentials. For baby, diapers, wipes, blankets, binky, bottle, and formula or breast milk. For family pictures, a black long-sleeve or 3/4 sleeve shirt or a white, cream or earth tone shirt, cami or tank top.

• 4-Month and 8-Month Sessions - These milestone sessions will capture your little one's personality as he or she grows. At 4-months, we capture those sweet, gummy smiles and at 8-months we'll capture your little one's ability to sit up like a champ! These sessions are booked for 45 minutes, however, we often get everything we need in a much shorter amount of time. Your session includes a minimum of 20 digital images, posted to your personal on-line gallery. You will be able to download your images, share with friends or purchase prints directly from our professional lab. You can bring 3 outfits for your little growing bundle of joy or you can always choose to let your little one just show off all those sweet rolls and dimples in their birthday suit! We'll go through 3 different setups at each of these sessions. These sessions do not include photographs with parents or other siblings, but you can always add them on! There is a $65 fee to add on additional family members and that takes the place of one of your outfits/set ups.
  
  {DETAILS} We recommend booking each of these sessions as far in advance as possible. Our calendar fills up quickly and we can't guarantee we can fit you in at your milestone if you wait too long to book. Your $50 retainer holds your spot and it does apply to your balance. 
  
  {WHAT TO BRING} Any outfits you'd like to use in your session. We will attempt to get through three outfits, however, that's usually dictated by your baby. If your baby has a toy or favorite item that makes noise and gets his or her attention, you're welcome to bring that as well. We don't recommend shoes for your baby. It's rare that you ever see anything but the bottom of the shoe and honestly, this is the only time in life toes are this cute, show them off!

• One-Year + Cake Smash - These sessions could possibly be our favorite! Your little one is likely walking or very close to it. He or she is on the move! These sessions are booked for 45 minutes, however, we often get everything we need in a much shorter amount of time. Your session includes a minimum of 20 digital images PLUS an additional 15 images from the cake smash, posted to your personal on-line gallery. You will be able to download your images, share with friends or purchase prints directly from our professional lab. You can bring 2 outfits for your toddler (or 3 outfits if you choose not to do a cake smash) and we'll go through two setups plus your customized cake smash set up. These sessions do not include photographs with parents or other siblings, but you can always add them on! There is a $65 fee to add on additional family members and that takes the place of one of your outfits/set ups.
  
  {DETAILS} We recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Our calendar fills up quickly and we can't guarantee we can fit you in at your milestone if you wait too long to book. Your $50 retainer holds your spot and it does apply to your balance. If you plan to use your child's photos for cards or posters at his or her one-year birthday party, make sure you book your session at least 3 weeks before the date you need them and let us know ahead of time. If you have a specific theme or colors, please let us know at least 2 weeks before your session. Your cake will be custom made and designed to match your theme and colors. If there is something specific you'd like, please let us know ahead of time.  Cake smashes can be messy! Be prepared to get your own fair share of cake and icing, thanks to your little one. No Momma (or Daddy) has gotten out of here totally clean yet. 
  
  {WHAT TO BRING} Any outfits you'd like to use in your session. We will attempt to get through 2 outfits plus the cake smash, however, that's usually dictated by your toddler. Please make sure you bring a towel and washcloth along with wipes, diapers, and a change of clothes to go home in. We have a sink where you can clean up your little cake-monster.
