A new year always brings lots of excitement and we are certainly excited here at Snapbean Photography!  WOW!  What a year 2016 has been.  We have had a blast at every session and have enjoyed your children and families so much.  We sincerely THANK YOU for supporting our small business and allowing us to be part of your family! 

Mandi and I are both moms, (and I am Nana to seven of the most wonderful grandchildren on the planet!), wives, sisters, daughters, friends, and love to spend time with those we love.  We have worked just about every weekend in 2016 and kept up a pace that was excruciating.  Our goal for 2017 is to provide extraordinary sessions and service for the clients whom we love so much, and find a good balance for us to enjoy this beautiful life!  In 2017, we are happy to provide sessions one Saturday per month, not including our Special Events, and will have normal business hours in the studio Monday through Friday.  We know that some families need the Saturday availability and we want to make sure we can provide that. Please keep in mind that those Saturday sessions will book extremely fast and we ask that you let us know as early as possible if you need a Saturday session. 

We have taken a lot of time, effort, and patience to put forth what we believe will be an incredible line of products and sessions for you to enjoy in the coming year.  Due to popular demand, we are now going to offer packages for you to choose from, as our clients have a variety of preferences.  Our packages will now include digital files, prints, canvases and Facebook timelines, depending on the package you choose.  We believe it is important for clients to print their images so that they have hard copies as keepsakes or to be displayed in their homes, offices, or even given as gifts.  We hear so often that clients have several galleries still sitting in their inbox on their computer and had every intention of printing, but just never got around to it. We want to take that worry away and provide something physical you can hold and treasure from your Snapbean session.
 

Our new packages will focus on excellent quality over quantity. We want our clients to experience wonderful quality in our work and not focus on the quantity of images.  Our goal is to spend more time during your session with you and your family/children and editing beautiful images, rather than zipping through sessions and ending up with so many images we just crop and go!  You will have noticed that we have gone to a much simpler look, rather than so many props in your image that you cannot find the subject. Our goal is to create beautiful art that highlights your loved ones. We know that you have choices in photography and we appreciate that you chose us. We want to create something special that you can't get just anywhere!  Our new packages will be listed on our website at www.snapbeanphotography.com/investment. 
(Our new pricing structure will not affect our first-year packages that clients have already begun or sessions that have been booked and retainers paid.)

Booking a Regular or Newborn Session - If you know that you need to book a regular session, please book your session at least three months in advance or as early as possible for your family.  If you are an expecting mom, please book your session during your second trimester, as we are only taking a limited number of newborns each month.  If you need to schedule a maternity session, please scheduled so that your session is between your 28th and 32nd week of pregnancy.  

Special Event Sessions (formerly Mini Sessions) - We will offer a very limited number of Special Event Sessions this year, due to the volume of regular sessions, and they will go fast.  We will be using a booking service for all of our special event sessions where you will purchase your session.  An announcement for the special events will be made on Facebook and via email to all clients several weeks before the event letting everyone know when the sale starts.  Yes, some of our Special Event Sessions do have an age limit. Please understand it is never our intention to exclude anyone, only to create the best and most beautiful end product we can. Due to space and setups, some sessions only work for younger children. 

We are very excited to announce that all Special Event Sessions will include prints and our Santa and Holiday event sessions will include ornaments! This is something gives you a special memento from your Special Event Session and creates special keepsakes for you to enjoy for years to come!
*All Special Event Session dates are subject to change before sessions go on sale.  Locations will be chosen and listed when sessions go on sale.

We have worked incredibly hard this year at providing great customer service and always appreciate feedback from clients to help us grow and become better for you!  Owning a small business is a ton of hard work and sometimes we never know what will work and what will not work until we have tried it.  So always bear with us when we are planning and preparing for sessions and know that we always, always put our hearts and souls into all we do.  The greatest compliment we can receive is your referral. We love that you tell your friends and family about your experience!

It is of the utmost importance to us to get your gallery to our clients as soon as possible.  We know that you are always so excited to receive your images.  Our turnaround time on your digital files is 10-15 business days. Due to the volume of sessions we are shooting, we will no longer be posting a sneak peek from every session, however, we will share as many as possible as time permits. 

More than anything, we want to convey that all of this exciting growth would not be possible without the love and support from you! We sincerely thank you and we can't wait to share an amazing year in 2017 with you!
